Google Nexus 4, Android 4.3 Bug [Black Bar in Recent Apps]

Android 4.3 update for Google Nexus 4. Got bug with the recent app on-screen button where when I close apps in the recent apps. It drops a black bar for a second, which then vanishes.

Please let me know in the comments if you got the same bug.
